A lot of politicians talk about helping people move on from welfare dependence to making money for themselves.
Now, one county's literally doing it.
The city of Tulare, Calif. is actually paying its welfare recipients to settle somewhere else. The compensation package includes moving expenses and one month's rent.
So is this course of action doing anything to solve the problem, or is it merely a way of getting rid of it?
