Tonight on Hannity & Colmes...

Rick Young is serious when it comes to his cup of coffee. The 35-year-old lawyer, wants to make it a law that people selling brewed coffee in Berkeley can only sell "fair-trade," organic, or "shade-grown" coffee.

Young is working to get 3,000 signatures, to get the measure on the November ballot. If it got approved coffee retailers would have three months to comply.

The initiative may face some legal issues, and plenty of resistance from coffee vendors who don't want to be told what kind of coffee they can sell. Join the debate tonight on Hannity & Colmes.

Plus, one of the Smart family members will join the program with the latest on the case of 14-year-old Elizabeth who was kidnapped from her home.
