In our Factor Follow-Up segment tonight. The U.S. government has charged French citizen Zacarias Moussaoui with multiple counts of terrorism, saying he was part of the 9/11 terror attacks. Moussaoui has so far refused legal representation, but his mother, who lives in France, has hired American civil rights attorney Randall Hamud in the hopes he can persuade her son to take a lawyer. We'll speak with Counselor Hamud tonight.

Then, a dramatic rescue effort goes wrong on Oregon's Mt. Hood. We'll speak with Steve Rollins, from Portland Mountain Rescue, one of the men in charge of saving those close to death on the mountain. 

Also, Larry King, model Anna Nicole Smith and her late billionaire husband's family. Did an interview on Larry King Live with Ms. Smith leave out some of the crucial facts in the case? That's what the family thinks! David Margulies, a spokesman for E. Pierce Marshall fills us in on the details!
