Plus, who who killed Chandra Levy? The Washington, D.C. medical examiner announced today that Chandra was murdered. But where does the investigation into her death and disappearance go from here? We'll talk with Terrance Gainer, the Deputy  D.C. police chief about why his cops didn't sweep the section of Rock Creek Park where Chandra's body was finally found. And we'll hear from former D.C. Chief of Detectives William Ritchie.

And later, meet Ian Harvey who has been suspended from his job as a high school teacher in Fort Myers, Florida, for allegedly participating in anti-war protests... This is quite a personal story and you'll hear Mr. Harvey tell it in his own words tonight!

Then, as The Factor moves along...some parents in California are upset that staff members in the Hayward Unified School District are allowed to freely discuss their sexual orientation in the classroom. Should employees in this public school system be allowed to "come out" to kids without obtaining permission from their parents? We'll have a debate.

Finally, in the Back of the Book...actor-comedian Kevin Meaney is arrested by airport security a few months after the September 11 terror attacks. We'll hear his side of the story.
