SACRAMENTO – Sheriff's Department officials are asking anyone with information about the whereabouts of murder suspect Nicolay Soltys to contact authorities.
The following 24-hour tip lines have been set up: 916-874-4321 and 916-874-5414.
Sheriff's investigators said Soltys is 6 feet tall, weighs 165 pounds and has blue eyes and blond hair.
More than $30,000 is being offered as a reward in the case. Soltys is considered armed and dangerous.
