AT&T Broadband, the No. 1 U.S. cable-television services company, said on Monday it finalized an agreement for consumer electronics retailer Best Buy Co. Inc. to sell its digital cable and high-speed Internet access services.

Under the agreement, which finalizes a preliminary pact set in October, more than 100 Best Buy stores will offer the AT&T Broadband services. The stores will also feature interactive displays for customers to learn about AT&T Broadband services and to check for service availability.

Activation kits, which include rebates, installation coupons and other discounts, cost $19.95 for Digital Cable, and $19.95 for the high-speed Internet service AT&TAtHome. Best Buy started offering these services at its Dallas stores last fall.
