Frasier star Jane Leeves says rail-thin Calista Flockhart is way too skinny — and sets a poor example for actresses.

Leeves, who plays Daphne Moon on the popular NBC show, told a London newspaper that she thinks there's too much emphasis on being thin in show business.

"Actresses in Hollywood are under incredible pressure to stay super-skinny in a dangerous and unhealthy way," Leeves said.

"It frightens me that so many women are desperate enough to become anorexic. They are willing to starve themselves to become as skinny as Calista," she said of the Ally McBeal star.

Actresses "can damage themselves or kill themselves. There's no way I'm ever going to risk my health for an acting role," Leeves said.
