Police fitted the former boyfriend of Casey Anthony with a wiretap to try to get information about her missing daughter Caylee, who was found murdered months after she disappeared.

In 1,100 pages of newly released documents, interview transcripts show that Anthony Lazzaro wore a wiretap to try to get information out of Lee Anthony, Casey's brother.

Also released were police interviews with Casey Anthony and other documents. At one point, Anthony says she's been trying to cooperate with law enforcement but "someone's trying to trick a confession out of me."

The documents were released days after Anthony's murder trial date for allegedly killing 2-year-old Caylee was set for Oct. 12.

Caylee disappeared in mid-June but wasn't reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in December in a wooded lot about a half-mile from her family's home. The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide.

Anthony has insisted that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter and has pleaded not guilty.

Police released other case documents last week outlining that evidence found on or near the little girl's skull and bones are a match to items collected at the Anthony house just outside Orlando.

Casey has insisted that she had nothing to do with her little girl's death. Detectives contend she made the kidnapper nanny story up and the sitter doesn't exist.

The judge also agreed to temporarily stop the public release of a jailhouse video of Casey Anthony reacting to news that Caylee's remains had been found until her defense attorney can view the video.

The trial was originally scheduled to begin this month.
