Magnitude 3.4 Quake Rattles Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES A small earthquake centered in Venice Beach has rattled the western Los Angeles area.
The U.S. Geological Survey's preliminary report estimates that a 3.4-magnitude quake hit at 7:42 p.m. Friday.
Los Angeles fire officials say there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
Geophysicist Dale Grant says residents of Los Angeles's western neighborhoods reported feeling a tremor.
