A judge will impose restrictions on how autopsy photos of Caylee Anthony will be viewed by defense attorneys for her mother, who is charged with the Florida toddler's murder.

Casey Anthony, 22, appeared before Judge Stan Strickland on Thursday following his denial of a motion from Anthony's attorneys to waive her right to be present. Anthony, who made her first public appearance since being indicted on first-degree murder and other charges, attended in a blue prison jumpsuit and wrist shackles.

Strickland agreed with prosecutors and ruled that some restrictions are needed on how autopsy photos of Caylee are handled by Anthony's attorneys and defense experts so the images do not find their way into the media. Strickland said he will decide the exact restrictions at a later date.

He also ordered that Anthony attend all future hearings.

Earlier Thursday, a different judge decided not to allow Anthony to be interviewed in jail in a defamation lawsuit brought by a woman with the same name as the alleged baby sitter she says kidnapped her daughter.

Judge Jose Rodriguez ruled Thursday that Anthony won't have to answer videotaped oral questions from the legal team of the woman who sued her, Zenaida Gonzalez, MyFOXOrlando.com reported.

Written questions can be submitted, however, and Anthony and her attorneys will have to answer them within 30 days.

Gonzalez says Anthony's claims that she last saw Caylee when she left her with a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez cost her a job and destroyed her life.

The firm representing Gonzalez, Morgan and Morgan, wanted to take sworn statements from Anthony, who is behind bars in Caylee's murder, for a deposition.

One of her defense lawyers, Jose Garcia, argued that his client would have to use her right to plead the Fifth Amendment if she were questioned in jail so she wouldn't incriminate herself in the murder case against her.

Gonzalez alleges that Anthony sullied her name when she accused a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez of snatching Caylee.

The defense contends that the baby sitter Anthony has implicated isn't the same person. Anthony has filed a countersuit.

Meanwhile, a psychic said this week she sensed that 2-year-old Caylee's remains were in the wooded area where they were found last month.

The skull and bones were discovered in a bag a half-mile from the Anthony family home in Orlando by a water meter reader, Roy Kronk, who says he called investigators months earlier about a suspicious find there.

Psychic detective Gale St. John, who will star in a forthcoming reality show called "The Body Hunter," told MyFOXOrlando.com she was drawn to the same area on the same day in August that Kronk was. The incident was captured on video.

She said she wasn't shocked when the remains were found and identified as the girl, who had been missing since mid-June.

"I honestly wasn't surprised at all,” she told the station. “My reaction was, that's where we said we felt something."

Caylee, who would have turned 3 in August, was reported missing on July 15, about a month she was last seen. Her whereabouts were a mystery until her body was discovered by Kronk.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter. Her trial is scheduled to begin in March.
