The defamation case against the mother of murdered Florida girl Caylee Anthony has been delayed after a judge ruled that lawyers' behavior was inappropriate, MyFOXOrlando.com reported.
The lawsuit was brought against 22-year-old Casey Anthony by Zenaida Gonzalez, a woman with the same name as the alleged baby sitter Anthony claims kidnapped her daughter before her death.
Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation. She says Anthony's accusations led her to lose her job and ruined her life.

Judge Jose Rodriguez told attorneys on both sides that personal attacks in court documents wouldn't be tolerated and the motion filed for a hearing Tuesday was not appropriate, MyFOXOrlando.com reported. He said the matter should be handled in a formal courtroom and refused to hold the hearing on Tuesday.
“I do not appreciate this done on the second day I take over the civil division,” Rodriguez reprimanded lawyers in the case. "Focus on the law ... not on personal factors.”
The firm representing Gonzalez, Morgan and Morgan, wants to depose Anthony — who is already behind bars in her little girl's murder. Anthony's defense team is trying to block the deposition.
The judge scheduled an official hearing Thursday morning for arguments on whether or not Gonzalez's attorney Keith Mitnik will be allowed to take sworn statements from Anthony before her murder trial, the station reported.
“We need to clear her name as soon as we can,” Mitnik said.
Gonzalez alleges that Anthony sullied her name when she accused a woman, also named Zenaida Gonzalez, of snatching Caylee.
The defense contends that the baby sitter Anthony has implicated isn't the same woman. Anthony has filed a countersuit.
Meanwhile, a psychic said this week she sensed that 2-year-old Caylee's remains were in the wooded area where they were found last month.

The skull and bones were discovered in a bag a half-mile from the Anthony family home in Orlando by a water meter reader, Roy Kronk, who says he called investigators months earlier about a suspicious find there.
Psychic detective Gale St. John, who will star in a forthcoming reality show called "The Body Hunter," told MyFOXOrlando.com she was drawn to the same area on the same day in August that Kronk was — and caught her hunch on video.
The footage was taken by St. John's daughter on the first day she and her TV search crew were hunting for Caylee. St. John says she felt a presence at the location where the child's body ultimately turned up.
"All right, I've got to pull over,” St. John is heard saying on the video when the SUV reaches the wooded lot.
She told MyFOXOrlando.com that her cadaver dogs "took a very heavy interest" in the spot.
"Something's not right here. Something's not right here," St. John tells her daughter in the video.
St. John said she wasn't shocked when the remains were found and identified as the girl, who had been missing since mid-June.
"I honestly wasn't surprised at all,” she told the station. “My reaction was, that's where we said we felt something."
Caylee, who would have turned 3 in August, was reported missing on July 15, about a month she was last seen. Her whereabouts were a mystery until her body was discovered by Kronk.
Anthony is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter. Her trial is scheduled to begin in March.
