Just days after disappointing thousands of New Jersey residents by discontinuing the massive Halloween display on his front lawn in New Jersey, Bruce Springsteen has found a way to repay his fans.

Springsteen has recorded a new song, "A Night With the Jersey Devil," and today posted a free download on his official site.

"If you grew up in central or south Jersey, you grew up with the "Jersey Devil," Sprinsteen writes on his site. "Here's a little musical Halloween treat. Have fun!"
