Star Jones' birdseye "view" over Manhattan has a dark, moldy underbelly.

The former talk show host and celebrity lawyer is suing her building in Manhattan Supreme Court for $700,000 because she says mold has made her posh Upper East Side triplex uninhabitable.

"As a result of said damage and environmental condition, it is unhealthy and dangerous to reside in the premises," Jones states in her suit. "As such, I have obtained comparable living arrangements at the costs of $17,861 a month."

The suit further states that Jones "has been denied the full use and occupancy of her home" since March 2006.
