WINTER GARDEN, Fla. —  Authorities say a Winter Garden woman returned home to find a sport utility vehicle and two dead bodies in her backyard swimming pool.

Police say it appears 67-year-old Rafael Cabrera and his 87-year-old mother-in-law were heading to a house next door Friday afternoon, where his wife was baby-sitting. A driveway lines up directly with the pool, and it appears Cabrera failed to stop. There were no skid marks or signs of speeding.

Police aren't sure how the SUV ended up in the pool, but they reported Cabrera has a history of medical problems.

Rescue crews began the process of removing the car and victims from the pool about two hours after the vehicle was found.
