LOS ANGELES —  "King Kong" star Naomi Watts is pregnant less than a year after giving birth to a son, Alexander Pete, the Daily Mail reported on Thursday.

Watts is four months pregnant with her second child with partner, Liev Schreiber, with whom she starred in "The Painted Veil." The two have been dating since 2005.

The "Mulholland Dr." actress is taking a break from filming to focus on being a mother, the Mail reported.

Her best friend, Nicole Kidman, is due to give birth to her first child with her husband, Keith Urban, any day.
