ORLANDO, Fla.  —  The Orange County Sheriff's Office says a woman has been charged with armed robbery after holding about 15 people hostage at an Orlando bank. No one was injured.

A spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff's Office said Friday that 41-year-old Donna Sue Bynum of Irving, Texas, tried to holdup a Bank of America with a shotgun.

Authorities say she walked into the bank barefoot about 5:15 p.m. and ordered everyone into the vault.

Sheriff's Office spokesman Jeff Williamson says authorities surrounded the bank, and the woman left the building and surrendered about 5:45 p.m.
