YouTube Divorcee Claims She's Broke, Allowed to Stay in Apartment

The peeved playwright who's been venting on YouTube about her ugly divorce from Shubert Organization head Philip Smith was in court yesterday, where she claimed she's now broke.

"I've got no money," Tricia Walsh-Smith said outside of Manhattan Supreme Court. "I'm $150,000 in debt."

She does have a roof over her head for the time being. The judge presiding over her divorce case, Harold Beeler, said he wouldn't decide on her hubby's bid to give her the boot from his swanky Park Avenue apartment until after they go to trial next month.
