"Bachelor" Matt Grant proposed on bended knee to actress Shayne Dahl Lamas during the season finale of "The Bachelor: London Calling," after sending Chelsea home.

"It was a fairytale proposal like I’ve always dreamed about," said Lamas, according to People magazine. Lamas accepted the English global financier’s 2.85-carat Tacori platinum diamond in agreeing to wed.

The 22-year-old actress from Los Angeles and daughter of actor Lorenzo Lamas said she is not too young to get married but is not rushing to the altar, either.

"We will not tie the knot until I am mentally and physically prepared as well as Matt," she said.

Said 27-year-old Grant: "It [was] a beautiful setting, a beautiful day. Shayne [looked] absolutely exquisite."
