Eva Mendes is topless and sucking her own toe in the new issue of Vogue Italia.

The actress also wears racy lingerie and appears with a woman's feet on her breasts.

Mendes also appeared nude as Denzel Washington's girlfriend in "Training Day" and for the "I'd Rather Go Naked" anti-fur campaign for PETA.

Earlier this year, the 34-year-old actress entered Utah's Cirque Lodge — the same facility where Lindsay Lohan sought treatment — for what her rep called "professional support" for some "personal issues."

"Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support," her rep told FOXNews.com at the time.
