A Utah man faces a felony charge after allegedly wearing women's lingerie and taking photos of himself on his apartment balcony, the Salt Lake Tribune reported Tuesday.

The 59-year-old registered sex offender stood on his balcony in West Valley City, Utah, wearing a woman's thong and a "lingerie-type" top, according to court documents cited by the paper.

Police said two boys, 12 and 14, saw the man and told their mother, according to the report.

The man faces a felony count of lewdness by a sex offender involving a child, the Tribune reported.
