Homicide Probe After 4 Found Dead in N.C. Condo

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte police launched a homicide investigation Monday after finding four bodies inside an apartment.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police spokeswoman Julie Hill said investigators were called to the Treetop Apartments complex around 6 a.m. Three men and one woman were found dead.

Police refused to release details. Hill said investigators are still trying to identify the victims.

Police are still investigating the crime scene and have roped off two apartment buildings.
