She went to rehab, but drugs still seem to be part of Amy Winehouse's life.

The 24-year-old Grammy-winning singer, best known for her song "Rehab," was spotted last week smoking a marijuana joint, according to the U.K.'s News of the World.

But that didn't seem to bother her. One onlooker told News of the World, "Amy was so out of it and didn't care who saw her puffing away."

At one point, she even started shouting profanities at a pal.

Winehouse recently left rehab and was thought to be doing well in maintaining a drug-free life. According to News of the World, her record-biz have threatened to not release any new material from her until she cleans up her act.
