Kim Kardashian is not engaged, despite rumors, according to OK! Magazine.

The 27-year-old sex-tape celebrity and star of VH1's hit reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" told OK! she was becoming more serious with her 22-year-old Heisman trophy-winning beau, Reggie Bush. But no question has been popped.

The young couple rang in the new year together as Kim hosted Mansion’s Tanqueray and Ciroc New Year’s bash in South Beach, OK! reports.

The sultry star made headlines when she filed for a lawsuit against her former boyfriend, Ray J (born William Norwood Jr.) after he released a pornographic tape the ex-couple had made together. Ray J is R&B star Brandy's younger brother.

Kim, who recently did a photo shoot for Playboy magazine, also told People magazine that she hopes to maintain a more health-conscious lifestyle this year, but wants to keep her famous curves.
