The FBI and local police on Thursday were investigating video footage of an Ohio police officer Tasering a pregnant woman, WHIO-TV reports.

Surveillance footage shows a woman who came to the Trotwood, Ohio, police station on Nov. 18 to give up custody of her 1-year-old son. While the officer was speaking with the woman, she reportedly became agitated and refused to give him any information.

A video taken from inside the police station shows the woman trying to leave with the child. When the officer grabbed her by the coat, the woman struggled with the officer and he Tasered her in the neck.

The officer claimed the woman did not tell him she was pregnant and was wearing a large overcoat at the time, WHIO reported. As of Thursday morning the officer still was on duty.
