FELTON, Del. —  A Delaware teen is facing charges for the alleged rape of a 2-year-old girl.

State police said the 15-year-old boy allegedly sexually assaulted the girl while baby-sitting her and one other child October 2nd in their Felton home.

The boy watched their children five or six times in the past, according to the victim's parents.

She told her parents about the alleged incident about 10 minutes after the boy left to go home that night, police said. The girl was not injured.

Arrests warrants were obtained for the boy after the child was interviewed last week at the Dover Children's Advocacy Center.

The teen is charged with one count of first-degree rape and one count of committing a dangerous crime against a minor. He is free on bond.
