Quick blog today as I am off to see exactly what type of state could produce a man of Steve Doocy's ilk – yes, Kansas. While I am there I will sign books tonight, Thursday, at Borders in Overland Park. Friday our "Salute the Troops" tour continues with a visit to Fort Leavenworth — amongst our guests General George Casey. See below for details.

We had a lot of fun today and yes, watched eerily the reaction in Iraq to the Golden Dome bombing. Meanwhile we took advantage of Tim Conway's comedic ability for at least 30 minutes. Ended the show with country star Darryl Worley. We also discussed the $54 million pants suit and the reality that we as a people might have to let the panda go extinct.
