FOX Facts: Other Celebrities Who've Served Shorter Punishments

CLEVELAND —  Paris Hilton was released from an L.A. jail early today after serving only three days of her 22-day sentence. Other celebrities who have gotten out of jail early:

Michelle Rodriguez served four hours and 20 minutes of a two-month jail sentence in L.A. country. Rodriguez, one of the starts of ABC's "Lost," was arrested for DUI.

Christian Slater served 59 days of a 90-day sentence on battery and drug charges. Slater had pleaded no contest to battery and drug charges, and was involved in a fight with police and a girlfriend.

Kelsey Grammer served half of a 30-day sentence when he failed to attend an alcohol abuse program.

Sean Penn served half of a 60-day sentence after punching a movie extra who took his picture on a movie set.

Vince Neil of Motley Crue was released after serving 20 days in connection with the drunken driving death of a fellow musician.
