Colorado Man Faces Felony Charge for Allegedly Stealing 1,300 Women's Undergarments

FORT COLLINS, Colo. —  A man faces a felony theft charge in the disappearance of more than 1,300 women's undergarments near the Colorado State University campus, police announced Tuesday.

Chih Hsien Wu, 43, is accused of stealing panties, sports bras, stretch pants, and panty hose from apartment complex laundry rooms in the Campus West area between September 23 and May 18, according to a statement from Fort Collins police.

The thefts total more than $6,000.
