Mike McConnell, former National Security Agency director, was nominated by President Bush to serve as national intelligence director.
McConnell is a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and leads the firm's Infrastructure Assurance Center of Excellence. He joined the company in 1996.
McConnell advises commercial and government clients on global strategic security, cyber security, critical infrastructure assurance, information operations and information assurance
McConnell served as National Security Agency director from 1992 to 1996.
McConnell received B.A. in Economics from Furman University, M.P.A. in Government and Public Administration from George Washington University
McConnell named one of top 25 consultants in the United States by Consulting Magazine in 2002
