Report: British Police Arrest Two in Canada Terror Case

MANCHESTER, England —  British police on Wednesday arrested a 21-year-old man and a 16-year-old youth in connection with an alleged plot to storm Canada's parliament and behead the prime minister, the BBC reported. Authorities also were conducting searches at three locations.

The man, who was believed to be of Pakistani origin, was identified only as a resident of Bradford, England. West Yorkshire Police said he was arrested Tuesday night at Manchester airport

The force later said detectives also had arrested a teenager in Dewsbury, near Bradford, in connection with the same investigation.
