Watch "The Big Story" weekdays at 5 p.m. ET

Manhunt over. A teenager suspected of gunning down a Pennsylvania couple has been caught. Eighteen-year-old David Ludwig's run from the law ended in Indiana. Now police are trying to figure out if he kidnapped the couple's 14-year-old daughter or if she went along willingly. FOX's Rick Leventhal is live with the latest.

Then, a newly released document shows that in 1985 Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito wrote that the Constitution does not protect the right to an abortion. As expected, the document has gotten the attention of both sides of the debate. We'll get fair and balanced reaction from Jay Sekulow, chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice, and Democratic attorney Julian Epstein.

And, President Bush's pre-war intelligence offensive is in full swing, even as he heads overseas. Bush is kicking off his Asia tour in Japan before heading to South Korea, China and Mongolia. We'll talk about Bush's upcoming tour with Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., and Democratic strategist Steve McMahon.
