We're betting that Rachael Ray's (search) wedding cost more than $40 for the day.

The bubbly cooking show cutie, host of three Food Network shows -- "30 Minute Meals," "$40 a Day" and "Tasty Travels!" -- tied the knot last Saturday with longtime squeeze John Cusimano in a ceremony held in Montalcino, Italy.

Ray, a frequent guest on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," is going into business with the daytime queen's production company, which has agreed to produce a pilot for a new syndicated cooking show hosted by the celebrity chef.

Ray is also the author of 10 books and is launching a new magazine, "Every Day with Rachael Ray," next month.
