Rush Limbaugh (search) is coming to Broadway next month in a one-night, one-man show to benefit Hurricane Katrina victims.

The conservative talk-radio superstar — who once did a walk-on as Wiley Post in "The Will Rogers Follies" — will star in "Rush on Broadway" Oct. 18.

Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. EDT Tuesday at $77 — his dial position in New York on flagship station WABC (770 AM).

Limbaugh will force Disney's "Lion King" to go dark for the night at the company-owned New Amsterdam Theatre on West 42nd Street.

Disney also owns WABC, which is sponsoring the charity event, according to Limbaugh spokesman Kit Carson.

The top-rated talker's WABC colleague and FOX News Channel star Sean Hannity will provide what the station calls "a special introduction."

"Rush is the Babe Ruth of our business. He's adored by tens of millions of people, and this event will help raise more sorely needed money for the relief effort. I am honored to be part of it," Hannity said.

Most likely, Limbaugh will perform an updated version of his "Rush to Excellence" show, a series of live lectures he gave when he was establishing his radio show in the late '80s and early '90s.
