MINEOLA, N.Y.  —  A Long Island judge has closed the divorce trial of Lindsay Lohan's (search) parents to the media and public.

The trial in State Supreme Court in Nassau County began Wednesday with Michael Lohan (search) and Dina Lohan (search) arriving with their attorneys.

The 19-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan was not in court Wednesday -- but she is expected to be called to testify. That testimony might be by videotape.

Michael Lohan is suing for a cut of the millions of dollars earned by his famous daughter. However, Dina Lohan wants full custody of her children, alimony and $1 million in damages.

Michael Lohan was wearing handcuffs in court because he is serving time for attempted assault and other charges.
