Pat O'Brien (search) will return to "The Insider" (search) next Thursday.

O'Brien left the freshman show in late March and entered rehab for a drinking problem.

"I want to thank everyone for their support during this difficult time," he said in a statement.

"I plan to continue my recovery with the help and support of my family, colleagues and friends, and look forward to getting back to work."

Linda Bell Blue, the show's executive producer, said she recently spent time with O'Brien and that he's "looking and feeling great."
