Jacko Slapped With Paternity Suit

LOS ANGELES — A woman is claiming Michael Jackson (search) fathered her newborn twins and hasn't given her access to the babies.
In a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, 36-year-old Sholeh Bocchelli (search) claims the children were born November 26 and are the result of an in vitro fertilization procedure.
She says Jackson got custody of the twins and gave her about $3,000 a month, but the payments stopped last August.
In the lawsuit she says: "He initially was calling every day, to advise me about their conditions, but the calls stopped after New Year's. I need immediate access to my children."
Court papers describe Bocchelli as an actress.
