Four Killed in Separate Iraq Blasts

KIRKUK, Iraq —  Two civilians are dead and three others have been injured in the explosion of a roadside bomb in the center of the northern Iraqi town of Kirkuk (search).

The blast took place near a job recruiting center and a bus terminal during the morning rush hour. Kirkuk is 180 miles north of Baghdad (search).

Meantime, two more people died when a car bomb exploded today near a U.S. military convoy in western Baghdad. A police captain says five other people were wounded.
