Blasts Rock Green Zone in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Two blasts have sent a plume of smoke rising above the fortified Green Zone in Baghdad, Iraq.

That's where the U-S Embassy and Iraqi government buildings are based.

It's unclear what caused the explosions.
