Jane Skinner joined FOX News Channel (FNC) in 1998 as a general assignment reporter. Currently, Skinner is the co-anchor of "Happening Now" from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. ET daily. Previously, she had hosted "FOX News Live" from 2-3 p.m. ET. She also hosts and produces the popular Skinnerville segment on "Studio B with Shepard Smith," a spontaneous discourse with Shepard Smith.

Prior to joining FOX News Channel, Skinner held an array of reporting and anchoring duties at various stations. She was a freelance reporter at WNBC-TV and before that, Skinner served as the primetime anchor for WITI-TV (FOX) in Milwaukee, WI. She was also a general assignment reporter for KMOV-TV (CBS) in St. Louis, MO and WCSH-TV (NBC) in Portland, ME.

A graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor and Master degree, Skinner began her career as a political correspondent for KBJR-TV (NBC) in Duluth, MN.
