Orlando Salinas

Orlando Salinas, a Miami-based reporter for FOX News Channel (FNC), joined the network from WEWS-TV (ABC), in Cleveland, where he served as a morning news anchor and a general assignment reporter. Most recently, Salinas covered the Anna Nicole Smith trial. Salinas also reported on Hurricane Katrina from Gulfport, Mississippi in 2005.

Prior to working at WEWS-TV (ABC), Salinas was a crime reporter for KVUE-TV (ABC), in Austin, where he did extensive reporting on a wide variety of crime-related stories. He has also had stints at WWBT-TV (NBC), in Richmond, as a general assignment reporter and an overnight news anchor as well as a news aide at The Washington Post. Salinas began his career at the "Virginia Voice," where he produced and reported radio news and information.

Salinas graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.A. in Mass Communication.
