Three Killed in New Israeli Airstrike in Rafah

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — An Israeli helicopter fired a missile into a crowd at the Rafah (search) refugee camp in the Gaza Strip (search), killing at least three Palestinians, Fox News has confirmed.
At least a dozen others are reported injured.
It was the second missile strike on the camp in several hours.
