The Minnesota Vikings have added another familiar face to the 90-man roster.
The team signed Duluth native C.J. Ham on Tuesday following the conclusion of rookie minicamp, waiving safety John Lowdermilk to make room.
Ham was a standout running back at Augustana University, rushing for 1,097 yards and 16 touchdowns through 12 games last season, both marks that led the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
