Tampa Bay at Boston, postponed

Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Saturday's game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Boston Bruins at TD Garden has been postponed due to the blizzard that has crippled the New England area.

A makeup date has yet to be announced.

"Although both clubs and the assigned on-ice officials are in Boston, travel conditions remain too hazardous for fans, security personnel and TD Garden staff to get to the arena," the NHL said in a release.

The start time had already been pushed back from 1 p.m. (ET) to 7 p.m.
