Insight: He's battling a stomach bug. Fantasy owners might want to give Courtney Lee a look. He averaged 33.1 mpg when Allen (9.8 ppg) missed time with an injured wrist last month.

Description: In 10 games since he returned from a fractured wrist, Memphis guard Tony Allen has averaged 22.7 minutes, 10 points, 4.6 rebounds and 0.8 steals per game.
Insight: He saw 26.6 minutes per game and put up 10.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game prior to the injury, but the Grizzlies picked up Courtney Lee while Allen was out of the lineup. His steals were the only thing keeping his fantasy value afloat earlier this season and now that he's not even getting one a game he's not worth owning.

Insight: Allen also might be traded before Friday. The guard hasn't been able to play since Jan. 3 because of a fractured wrist. Aside from his 2.0 steals per game he wasn't a great fantasy option to begin with, and now he'll have to deal with competition from Courtney Lee, James Johnson and Nick Calathes when he returns from his injury.
