Insight: There is no information that he'll actually try to play basketball this season, but after his left ankle surgery in March (and surgery on his right foot in January) its nice to see him making progress for next season.

Insight: If successful, maybe it will be the last of the his foot injuries. After playing all 82 games for three seasons from 2008-10, Lopez has played a total of 96 in his last three campaigns.
