DeRozan leads Raptors past Knicks

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - DeMar DeRozan poured in a game-high 25 points as the Toronto Raptors downed the New York Knicks, 95-83, at Madison Square Garden in the opener of a home-and-home set.

Jonas Valanciunas added 16 points and 18 rebounds and Kyle Lowry netted 15 points while handing out 11 assists for the Raptors, winners in three of their last four games.

Andrea Bargnani scored a team-high 18 points and pulled 12 rebounds, J.R. Smith poured in 17 points to go with seven rebounds and six assists and Beno Udrih netted 15 points to go with 10 assists for the Knicks, who have dropped three of their last four games.

Carmelo Anthony missed his second straight game with a sprained left ankle.
