NOTES:
The Zippo 200 at Watkins Glen International is the 21st race on the 2013 Nationwide Series schedule.

There have been 19 Nationwide races at Watkins Glen. The series competed there once each season from 1991-2001. After a three-year hiatus, the series returned to this road course in 2005 and has been there each season since then.

Terry Labonte holds the record for most Nationwide wins at Watkins Glen with four. Labonte won the inaugural race there, the Fay's 150, on June 29, 1991. He scored three consecutive victories at this course from 1994-96.

Marcos Ambrose also won three Nationwide races in a row at Watkins Glen from 2008-10.

No driver on the entry list for this weekend's Nationwide event has won at Watkins Glen in the past.

Carl Edwards won last year's race at Watkins Glen. Edwards, who made his first and only Nationwide start of the 2012 season at this track, held off Brad Keselowski after a restart with just two laps to go. He beat Keselowski to the finish line by 1.1 seconds for his 38th career victory in the series.

The Nationwide race winner at Watkins Glen has started from the pole six times, which is more than any other starting position there. Ambrose last did it in 2010.

The furthest back a driver has started and won a Nationwide event at Watkins Glen is 22nd, accomplished by Ernie Irvan in 1992.

Ron Fellows and Ambrose are those drivers who scored their first career Nationwide wins at Watkins Glen. Fellow's victory came in 1998, and Ambrose won in 2008.

Sam Hornish Jr. scored his maiden pole in Nationwide at Watkins Glen one year ago. Nelson Piquet Jr. made his series debut there in 2010.

The next race is the Aug. 17 inaugural Nationwide Children's Hospital 200 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
