Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - Carl Crawford and Scott Van Slyke both went 2-for-4 with two RBI as the Los Angeles Dodgers downed the Milwaukee Brewers, 9-2, to take the rubber match of a three-game series at Miller Park on Wednesday. Adrian Gonzalez, Matt Kemp, Nick Punto and Ramon Hernandez each added an RBI for the Dodgers, who had dropped four of five coming in. Hyun-Jin Ryu (5-2) threw a stellar 7 1/3 innings, giving up six hits and two runs while striking out four with two walks. The Dodgers reached the Brewers' bullpen quick as starter Wily Peralta (3-5) had his worst outing of his young career. He gave up six runs -- four earned -- on seven hits over just 1 2/3 innings.

Flushing, NY (Sports Network) - Brandon Phillips hit a tie-breaking RBI double in the top of the ninth inning, and Todd Frazier drove in two more runs later in the frame to help the Cincinnati Reds down the New York Mets, 7-4, en route to sweeping a three-game set at Citi Field. Mets reliever Bobby Parnell (4-1) absorbed his first defeat of the season after allowing Phillips' chopping two-bagger down the first-base line. First baseman Ike Davis misplayed the ball, expecting it to land in foul territory, but it rolled past him and remained fair to allow Shin-Shoo Choo to score the eventual game- winner. Alfredo Simon (4-1) picked up the win after tossing a scoreless eighth, while Aroldis Chapman earned his 10th save of the season by tossing a perfect bottom of the ninth. Zack Cozart went 4-for-5 with two doubles and two runs scored and Joey Votto hit a two-run homer for the Reds, who have won four of five. Daniel Murphy and Rick Ankiel each had three hits and two RBI apiece to account for New York's offense. The Mets have dropped four of their last five.

Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Evan Gattis hit a grand slam and B.J. Upton had a solo homer as part of a five-run fourth inning that helped the Atlanta Braves down the slumping Minnesota Twins, 8-3, to complete a three-game interleague sweep at Turner Field. Ramiro Pena provided a solo shot, while Jason Heyward and Chris Johnson each had two hits and drove in a run for the Braves, who have won six straight. Atlanta has swept back-to-back three- game series against the Los Angeles Dodgers and Twins. Paul Maholm (6-4) tossed 7 1/3 innings and allowed one unearned run and seven hits with four strikeouts. Justin Morneau drove in one run and Aaron Hicks and Oswaldo Arcia each hit solo homers in the ninth for the Twins, losers of eight straight. Starter Vance Worley (1-5) allowed all eight runs on 10 hits over just 3 2/3 innings to absorb the loss.
