JMU-WVU game reportedly to be held at FedEx Field

Morgantown, WV (Sports Network) - The 2012 football game between James Madison and West Virginia reportedly will be held at FexEd Field, home of the Washington Redskins in Landover, Md.

The Charleston (W.Va.) Daily Mail reported Monday that multiple sources said the game is close to being finalized for Sept. 15, 2012.

James Madison, a FCS school that beat FBS power Virginia Tech last September, would be guaranteed $350,000 for the game, but can make an additional $150,000 in an attendance incentive, the Daily Mail reported.

The report added that WVU's guarantee is to be greater than $2 million.

WVU beat James Madison, 45-10, in 2004 - the only meeting between the programs.
