Peterson was 6-of-9 from the field with three steals for the Red Wolves (12-8, 6-5 Sun Belt), who have won two of their last three. Marcus Hooten was 3-of-3 from beyond the arc with 14 points while Trey Finn and Kelvin Downs added 11 points each. Greg Gantt had 13 points and was the only FAU (10-12, 5-6) player in double- figure scoring as the Owls suffered their third loss in a row and were held to their lowest point total of the season.
